KOR HR SOLUTIONS · CUSTOMER POLICIES

Terms of Service

Effective date: October 14, 2026

Independent company. KOR HR Solutions LLC is a private, independent company. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any federal, state, or local government agency, including the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and USAJOBS. Hiring, classification, and contract-award decisions are made only by the responsible agency or organization.

These terms explain how KOR-managed projects, payments, deliverables, and service-specific engagements work. Select a section below to read its terms.

01. About KOR HR Solutions and Our Services

KOR HR Solutions (“KOR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional human resources services to individuals and organizations through a KOR-managed service model.

Customers select or request a service and provide the information and materials necessary for KOR to evaluate and manage the project. Depending on the service, KOR may provide a fixed price or review the project requirements and provide a quote before work begins.

KOR may assign an appropriate HR professional to perform some or all of the services required for a project. KOR manages the customer relationship, project process, payment, professional assignment, and delivery of services. Customers do not select professionals through an open bidding process.

The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, timing, and other project requirements may be established through the applicable service description, customer intake, KOR quote, project workspace, or other written project communication.

02. Customer Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, submit a project, purchase Services, or otherwise use KOR HR Solutions' Services.

When creating an account or submitting a project, you agree to provide information that is accurate and reasonably complete and to update information when necessary for KOR to provide the requested Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You should promptly notify KOR at info@korhrsolutions.com if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

You may not use another person's account without authorization or misrepresent your identity or authority to act on behalf of an individual or organization.

KOR reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account when reasonably necessary to protect KOR, its customers, professionals, systems, or Services; address suspected fraud or misuse; enforce these Terms or other applicable policies; or comply with applicable law.

03. Customer Responsibilities & Project Information

Customers are responsible for providing information, documents, instructions, and other materials reasonably necessary for KOR HR Solutions to evaluate and complete the requested Services.

Information provided to KOR should be accurate and complete to the best of the customer's knowledge. Customers are responsible for reviewing project requirements and promptly providing requested information, clarification, approvals, or documents that may be necessary to continue the project.

Customers should not submit Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, medical information, or other unnecessary highly sensitive Personal Data unless KOR specifically requests the information and it is necessary for the Services being provided.

Project timelines may be affected when required information, documents, feedback, approvals, or other customer responses are delayed or incomplete.

Customers may not use KOR's Services to submit unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, or unauthorized materials or to request Services for an unlawful purpose.

KOR may pause a project or request additional information when reasonably necessary to clarify the project requirements, obtain required materials, address a customer delay, or ensure that the requested Services can be appropriately performed.

04. Project Scope, Quotes & Pricing

KOR HR Solutions offers both fixed-price Services and Services that require KOR review and a project-specific quote.

For fixed-price Services, the applicable price will be displayed or otherwise communicated before payment.

For Services that require project review, any pricing range, starting price, or other pricing information displayed on the KOR website is provided as general guidance and does not constitute a final project quote. Final pricing may depend on factors such as project scope, complexity, number of positions or deliverables, available documentation, requested completion time, and other project requirements.

After reviewing the customer's project information, KOR may provide a quote describing the applicable price and, when appropriate, the project scope or deliverables. The customer must accept the quote and complete any required payment before KOR is required to begin the quoted work.

If the customer requests additional services, deliverables, positions, revisions beyond those included, expedited work, or other changes outside the agreed project scope, KOR may provide additional pricing or a revised quote before performing the additional work.

KOR will not charge a customer for additional out-of-scope work without communicating the applicable additional charge or revised pricing to the customer.

05. Invoices, Payments & Payment Processing

Customers are responsible for paying all charges associated with the Services they purchase or approve through KOR HR Solutions.

KOR may issue an invoice for a fixed-price Service, an accepted quote, additional approved work, or another agreed project charge. Unless different terms are expressly stated on the invoice, accepted quote, or written project terms, invoices for individual fixed-price Services are Due Upon Receipt.

For approved organizational customers or project-specific engagements, KOR may expressly approve different written payment terms, such as Due Upon Receipt, Net 15, Net 30, or milestone-based payments. Any such terms apply only when stated on the applicable invoice, accepted quote, or written project agreement.

Unless KOR expressly agrees otherwise in writing, KOR is not required to begin paid project work or assign the project to an HR Professional until the required payment has been confirmed and KOR has received the information and documents reasonably required to begin the work. Service-specific turnaround periods begin as described in the applicable service terms, quote, or project scope.

Customer payments are made to KOR HR Solutions and are separate from any compensation KOR may pay to an assigned HR Professional. Customers should not pay an assigned Professional directly for a KOR project.

KOR intends to process customer invoice payments securely through Square when KOR's live Square merchant connection is enabled. Until that live connection is enabled, the website may display invoice information or payment status without providing live online payment processing. KOR will not represent an invoice as paid until payment has been confirmed through the applicable authorized payment process.

When payment processing is available, payment information may be handled by the applicable third-party payment processor under its terms and policies. KOR may receive transaction information such as payment status, amount, transaction identifiers, refunds, or other information reasonably necessary to administer the project and maintain appropriate business records.

Payment to KOR covers only the Services and deliverables described in the applicable service description, accepted quote, invoice, or agreed project scope. Services or deliverables outside that scope may require additional customer approval and payment.

If a payment is declined, overdue, reversed, disputed, charged back, or otherwise not successfully completed, KOR may pause project activity, professional assignment, Services, or release of deliverables while the payment matter is being resolved, subject to applicable law and any written project-specific terms.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by KOR's Refund & Cancellation Policy and any specific terms communicated and accepted for the applicable project.

Overdue invoices. KOR does not impose automatic late fees. KOR may send a reminder on the due date, a second reminder after 7 days, conduct an administrative review after 15 days, and issue a formal overdue notice after 30 days. Project pauses occur only where contractually permitted.

Payment disputes. Customers are encouraged to report disputed charges within 15 calendar days, although later legitimate disputes may be considered. KOR generally responds in writing within 10 business days. Collection of genuinely disputed amounts is ordinarily paused during review, while undisputed amounts remain payable.

06. Classification & Advisory Services

For position-classification and related advisory services, KOR provides independent HR analysis, recommendations, and work products based on the information supplied by the customer and the standards or guidance applicable to the approved scope. KOR does not exercise classification authority on behalf of a federal agency or other employer unless a written agreement expressly establishes lawful delegated authority. Final classification, personnel, organizational, and implementation decisions remain with the employing organization or authorized agency official.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete position and organizational information. Materially incomplete or inaccurate information may affect KOR's analysis, timeline, scope, or quote.

07. Project Assignment & KOR HR Professionals

KOR HR Solutions may assign an appropriate HR professional to perform some or all of the work required for a customer project.

KOR determines professional assignments based on factors such as the project's scope, required expertise, professional experience, availability, and other relevant project requirements.

Customers are purchasing Services through KOR HR Solutions and are not entering into a separate service agreement with the assigned KOR HR Professional unless KOR expressly states otherwise in writing.

KOR manages the project relationship, including project intake, pricing, payment, professional assignment, project communications, quality review, and delivery through the KOR process.

Customers should use KOR's designated project communication methods for project-related communications and should not attempt to bypass KOR's managed process to arrange separate payment or services directly with an assigned professional for the same KOR project.

KOR may reassign a project to another qualified professional when reasonably necessary to complete or manage the project.

08. Project Timing & Turnaround

Any turnaround time, completion date, or delivery estimate provided by KOR HR Solutions is based on the project scope, information available at the time, and the customer's timely cooperation.

Project timelines generally begin after KOR has received any required payment and the information, documents, instructions, or other materials reasonably necessary to begin the work.

Turnaround times may be extended when a customer delays in providing requested information, documents, feedback, approvals, or clarification; requests a change in project scope; or requests additional services or revisions.

KOR will make reasonable efforts to meet communicated project timelines but does not guarantee a specific completion date unless KOR expressly agrees to that deadline in writing.

Rush or expedited service may be available for certain Services and may require an additional fee. Availability of expedited service must be confirmed by KOR.

If circumstances arise that materially affect an anticipated project timeline, KOR may communicate an updated timeline to the customer.

KOR will promptly communicate material delays and, where possible, explain the reason and provide a revised estimate. Material changes to an agreed deadline require customer approval.

09. Deliverables, Customer Review & Acceptance

Project deliverables will be provided in accordance with the applicable service description, accepted quote, or agreed project scope.

When a KOR HR Professional performs work on a project, deliverables may be submitted to KOR for review before being released to the customer. KOR may request corrections, clarification, or other appropriate changes before approving a deliverable for customer review.

Once a deliverable is released, the customer is responsible for reviewing it and notifying KOR within a reasonable period if there are questions, concerns, or eligible revision requests.

A request to modify a deliverable does not automatically constitute an included revision. Revision eligibility depends on the applicable service, agreed project scope, and KOR's Revision Policy.

Requests that materially change the original project scope, introduce new requirements, add deliverables or positions, or require work beyond the agreed Services may be treated as additional work and may require additional pricing.

When the customer approves the final deliverable or otherwise confirms completion through the KOR project process, the project may be marked completed and closed.

Completion of a project does not prevent KOR from maintaining appropriate project, transaction, communication, and business records in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.

Customer review period. Customers have 7 calendar days after delivery to review deliverables and submit applicable feedback. Following a reminder and reasonable notice, KOR may administratively close an unresponsive project. Closure does not waive customer rights or KOR's obligation to correct qualifying KOR-attributable errors.

10. Revisions

Revision availability depends on the Service purchased and the applicable service description, accepted quote, or agreed project scope.

When revisions are included, they are intended to address reasonable changes to the deliverable within the original agreed scope of the project.

A revision request may include corrections, clarification, or reasonable adjustments to work already completed. A revision does not include a substantial change in project direction, new project requirements, additional positions or deliverables, or services that were not included in the original scope.

Requests that exceed the included revision allowance or fall outside the original project scope may require additional pricing and customer approval before additional work is performed.

Customers should submit revision requests through KOR's designated project process and provide reasonably specific information regarding the requested changes.

KOR may review a revision request to determine whether it falls within the project's included revision scope before assigning or performing additional work.

Any service-specific revision terms communicated in the applicable service description, quote, or project agreement will apply to that project.

11. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the status of the project and whether work has begun.

Customers who wish to cancel a project should submit the cancellation request to KOR as soon as possible through the available project communication method or by contacting info@korhrsolutions.com.

If KOR receives a customer cancellation request before substantive work on the project has begun, the customer will receive a 100% refund of amounts paid for the cancelled Services, without administrative, processing, or third-party-cost deductions. Payment confirmation, invoice creation, and administrative project setup do not, by themselves, constitute substantive work. HR Consulting appointment cancellations and no-shows are subject to the specific appointment terms in the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

If work has already begun, a full refund may not be available. KOR may review the amount of work completed, services already performed, costs incurred, and other relevant project circumstances when determining whether any partial refund is appropriate.

If the agreed Services have been substantially completed or the final deliverable has been provided, the project may no longer be eligible for a refund except when required by applicable law.

A customer's decision not to use a completed deliverable does not, by itself, make the project eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method or payment processor when reasonably practicable.

Additional cancellation and refund terms are provided in KOR's Refund & Cancellation Policy. If project-specific cancellation terms are communicated and accepted for a particular project, those terms may also apply.

12. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes

KOR HR Solutions provides professional HR services based on the information, documentation, project requirements, and scope provided or agreed upon for each project.

KOR does not guarantee any particular employment, hiring, interview, promotion, salary, classification, organizational, business, regulatory, or other outcome resulting from the use of KOR's Services or deliverables.

Resume writing or review services do not guarantee interviews, job offers, selection, or employment.

Position description, job analysis, position classification, benchmarking, consulting, and other HR services represent professional work performed within the agreed project scope. Final decisions made by an employer, government agency, organization, hiring authority, or other third party remain the responsibility of that party.

Customers are responsible for reviewing deliverables and determining whether and how to use them for their particular circumstances.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, KOR's Services are not a substitute for legal, tax, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

13. Customer Materials & Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of documents, information, content, and other materials they provide to KOR HR Solutions, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.

By providing materials to KOR for a project, the customer authorizes KOR and, when applicable, the assigned KOR HR Professional to access, use, review, modify, and process those materials only as reasonably necessary to provide and manage the requested Services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the right or appropriate authorization to provide materials submitted to KOR.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, after the customer has paid all amounts due for the applicable project, the customer may use the final deliverables prepared specifically for that customer for their intended personal or organizational purposes.

KOR retains ownership of its pre-existing business materials, processes, methodologies, templates, website content, branding, systems, and other intellectual property that was not created specifically as a customer deliverable.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of KOR's name, trademarks, branding, website, systems, proprietary processes, or other pre-existing intellectual property to a customer.

After full payment, customers own custom final deliverables to the extent transferable. Where KOR's pre-existing templates, tools, or methods are incorporated into a deliverable, KOR grants the customer the rights reasonably necessary to use that deliverable for its intended purpose.

14. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

Customers may use KOR HR Solutions' website and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and other applicable KOR policies.

Customers may not use KOR's website, Services, accounts, project workspaces, communications, or deliverables to:

  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, or unauthorized activity.
  • Submit information or materials that the customer does not have the right or authorization to use.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account, KOR systems, project information, or restricted areas of the website.
  • Introduce malicious code or intentionally interfere with the security, availability, or operation of KOR's website or Services.
  • Impersonate another individual or organization or materially misrepresent information provided to KOR.
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, or engage in inappropriate conduct toward KOR personnel, assigned professionals, customers, or others using the Services.
  • Use KOR's Services to facilitate unlawful discrimination or other conduct prohibited by applicable law.
  • Attempt to circumvent KOR's payment, project-management, or professional-assignment process for an active KOR project.

KOR may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary to address prohibited conduct, protect KOR or others, maintain the security or integrity of the Services, or comply with applicable law.

15. Service Availability & Third-Party Services

KOR HR Solutions may use third-party technology, platforms, and service providers to operate and support portions of its website and Services, including functions such as hosting, authentication, data storage, payment processing, communications, and security.

KOR will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and functionality of its Services but does not guarantee that the website, customer portal, project workspace, or other technology will be available at all times or operate without interruption or error.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, security concerns, or circumstances outside KOR's reasonable control.

When appropriate, KOR may use alternative reasonable methods to communicate with customers or continue managing a project during a temporary technology interruption.

Third-party websites, platforms, or services may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and operating practices. KOR is not responsible for the independent operation or policies of third-party services that it does not control.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KOR HR Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of KOR's Services or deliverables.

KOR is not responsible for decisions or actions taken by employers, government agencies, hiring authorities, organizations, or other third parties based on or related to a customer's use of KOR's Services or deliverables.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KOR HR Solutions' total liability arising from a particular project or Service will not exceed the amount the customer paid to KOR for the project or Service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your unlawful or unauthorized use of KOR's Services;
  • Materials or information you provide without the necessary rights or authorization;
  • Your material violation of these Terms; or
  • Your violation of applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless KOR HR Solutions from third-party claims arising from such conduct.

KOR will provide reasonable notice of any claim for which it seeks indemnification and will not require indemnification to the extent a claim results from KOR's own conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be shifted to the customer.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to KOR HR Solutions' Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the customer and KOR agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute directly. Customers may contact KOR at info@korhrsolutions.com regarding a dispute or concern.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any legal action arising from or relating to these Terms or KOR's Services will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking relief that may be available under applicable law.

19. Changes to These Terms

KOR HR Solutions may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.

When these Terms are updated, KOR will post the revised version on its website and update the Effective Date at the top of the Terms.

When appropriate or required by law, KOR may provide additional notice of material changes.

Changes to these Terms will apply prospectively from the effective date of the revised Terms, unless otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

Customers are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed about the terms governing their use of KOR's Services.

20. Termination & Suspension of Services

KOR HR Solutions may suspend or terminate a customer's access to the Services when reasonably necessary because of a material violation of these Terms or other applicable KOR policies, nonpayment, fraudulent or unlawful activity, misuse of the Services, security concerns, abusive conduct, or circumstances in which continuing the Services would violate applicable law.

When reasonably practicable, KOR may provide the customer with notice or an opportunity to address the issue before terminating Services. KOR may take immediate action when necessary to protect KOR, its customers, professionals, systems, or other parties.

A customer may stop using KOR's Services at any time. Ending use of the Services does not automatically cancel an active project, eliminate amounts already owed, or create a right to a refund. Project cancellations and refunds remain subject to KOR's Refund & Cancellation Policy and any applicable project-specific terms.

Upon termination, provisions of these Terms that by their nature should continue to apply—including provisions concerning payment obligations, intellectual property, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and appropriate record retention—may remain in effect.

21. General Terms & Contact Information

Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with KOR's Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Revision Policy, applicable service descriptions, accepted quotes, and any project-specific terms agreed to by the customer, constitute the applicable agreement between the customer and KOR concerning the Services.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.

No Waiver
KOR's failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive KOR's right to enforce that provision or another provision in the future.

22. HR Consulting and Desk Audit — Service-Specific Terms

Desk Audit: Offered for federal and state government positions to Individuals and Organizations on a custom-quote basis. Customers must gather and submit the current Position Description, completed employee and supervisor questionnaires, and all other information required for analysis. A request submitted with missing questionnaire materials is for KOR Admin review only and cannot proceed to professional analysis until completed. KOR provides optional downloadable Word questionnaires if the customer lacks suitable agency forms; KOR does not distribute or collect them on the customer’s behalf. KOR Admin reviews document sufficiency, and no Desk Audit analysis begins until the required materials and applicable project approvals are complete. KOR provides an advisory Desk Audit Findings Report, not an official government classification determination.

HR Consulting: Available to Individuals and Organizations in 30-, 60-, and 90-minute video or telephone appointments, or extended custom-quoted engagements. Customers choose Consultation Only or Consultation with Written Recommendations (additional fee quoted before payment). Customer submits the topic, detailed need, preferred availability, method, duration, and any optional supporting documents. KOR Admin confirms the final price, collects payment, and then coordinates and confirms the appointment through the KOR Project Workspace. Video and telephone services use KOR-approved external communication tools to protect personal contact information. Consultation appointments are governed by the service-specific cancellation and no-show terms below.

23. Statement of Work (SOW) Development — Service Terms

KOR offers New SOW Development and SOW Review & Revision for HR-related and workforce-related projects to Individuals and Organizations. For new SOWs, customers supply project purpose, scope, expected deliverables, timeline, responsibilities, and special requirements, using “To Be Determined” where information is not yet known. SOW Review & Revision requires upload of the existing SOW. KOR Admin may request clarifications before assignment. Prices are per SOW: Individual New $250–$600, Review & Revision $150–$350; Organization New $400–$1,200+, Review & Revision $250–$650+. Final pricing depends on complexity, length, documents, and scope and must be approved before payment. Additional SOWs, material scope changes, and out-of-scope work require separate customer-approved quotes. Standard delivery is 5–7 business days for New SOW Development and 3–5 business days for SOW Review & Revision, counted after payment and receipt of all required project information, whichever is later. A different deadline may be agreed before payment and recorded in the project workspace.

KOR provides drafting support, not legal advice, contract negotiation, representation in disputes, or any guarantee of contract award, approval, or acceptance. The customer must verify the accuracy and suitability of the SOW and is encouraged to obtain legal review before signing or using it as part of a binding contract.

24. Capability Statement Development — Organization Service

KOR provides New Capability Statement Development ($250–$500 per statement) and Capability Statement Review & Revision ($125–$300 per statement) for HR- and workforce-related organizations. KOR Admin confirms the final scope and quote before payment. New statements are ordinarily delivered in 5–7 business days; reviews and revisions in 3–5 business days, beginning after both payment and receipt of complete required information. Any alternate deadline must be agreed before payment. A Review & Revision request requires the customer's existing statement. Deliverables include a professionally formatted PDF and editable Word document; Review & Revision also includes a brief summary of significant changes. KOR Admin reviews deliverables before release through the KOR Project Workspace. The customer must verify all business claims, certifications, identifiers, and past performance; KOR will not invent or independently certify such information. KOR does not guarantee government awards, opportunities, or agency acceptance and does not provide bid preparation, proposal writing, or contracting representation through this service. Additional statements and substantial scope changes require separate quotes.

25. RFQ/RFP Services — Service-Specific Terms

KOR HR Solutions offers RFQ/RFP Development, RFQ/RFP Response Development, and Solicitation Review & Compliance Support for approved HR- and workforce-related projects. RFQ/RFP Response Development may include support for federal solicitations supplied by the customer. KOR does not search for or monitor opportunities on SAM.gov.

Scope and Pricing. KOR Admin reviews the requested work and provides a project-specific quote identifying the authorized scope and deliverables. Additional solicitations, substantial changes, new requirements, or work outside the agreed scope require a new or revised quote and customer approval before additional billable work begins.

Customer Materials and Responsibility. Customers must provide the complete, current solicitation or source requirements, all amendments and attachments, applicable instructions and evaluation criteria, relevant organizational information, accurate supporting claims, and submission deadlines. Customers remain responsible for confirming the accuracy and completeness of supplied information, reviewing final materials, and submitting responses to the issuing organization by the required deadline. KOR may request clarification or additional documentation before proceeding.

Payment. RFQ/RFP projects priced below $500 require 100% payment before work begins. Projects priced at $500 or more require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due before final deliverables are released. Professional assignment requires the confirmed payment or deposit and complete required intake materials, unless an expressly approved written agreement provides otherwise. Payments are invoiced through KOR's authorized invoicing process.

Timing and Customer Delays. Project deadlines depend on timely receipt of required materials, payment, clarifications, and customer feedback. Customer delays may place the project On Hold and require an adjusted timeline. Material deadline or scope changes will be communicated and, where required, approved by the customer. KOR cannot guarantee timely completion where the customer provides incomplete information or insufficient lead time.

Revisions. Two rounds of in-scope revisions are included. Customers must submit revision requests within seven calendar days after receipt of the draft, or by an earlier deadline agreed in writing for a time-sensitive solicitation. Requests beyond the approved scope or included revision allowance may require additional fees and approval. KOR will correct qualifying KOR-attributable errors in accordance with its Revision Policy.

Cancellation and Refunds. Cancellation before substantive work begins is governed by KOR's Refund & Cancellation Policy. After work begins, KOR may retain fees attributable to documented work performed and reasonable costs, subject to the applicable policy, project agreement, and law. KOR will communicate the applicable determination.

Limitations. KOR provides drafting, review, and compliance-support services within the approved scope, not legal representation or an official government determination. KOR does not guarantee solicitation compliance certification, proposal acceptance, evaluation scores, contract awards, funding, or government approval. The customer remains responsible for final verification and submission.

26. Complaints

Complaints may be submitted through the workspace or official email; KOR acknowledges within 2 business days and generally responds in writing within 10 business days, offering corrections, revisions, refunds or other appropriate resolution.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: October 14, 2026

1. General Refund & Cancellation Policy

KOR HR Solutions understands that circumstances may change and a customer may need to cancel a project. Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the status of the project, whether work has begun, the amount of work already completed, and any costs already incurred in connection with the project.

Customers who wish to cancel a project should submit the request as soon as possible through the available KOR project communication method or by contacting info@korhrsolutions.com .

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a refund. KOR will review the status of the project and determine refund eligibility in accordance with this policy, the applicable service or project terms, and applicable law.

KOR will communicate the outcome of the cancellation request and, when applicable, the amount of any approved refund.

2. Customer Cancellations Before Work Begins

KOR will review the project record to determine whether substantive work had begun when the cancellation request was received and will communicate the determination to the customer.

3. Customer Cancellations After Work Begins

If the customer cancels after substantive work has begun, KOR will determine the value of Services actually performed and refund amounts attributable to Services not performed, with a written explanation of the calculation. KOR may consider documented project progress, professional work, completed deliverables, and reasonable project-specific costs to the extent they form part of the value of work performed and are permitted by applicable law. KOR will not apply a single automatic refund percentage.

KOR will communicate its determination after reviewing the project record. This provision does not reduce any mandatory customer refund rights under applicable law.

4. Cancellations After Substantial Completion or Delivery

If KOR has substantially completed the agreed Services or provided the final deliverable , the project generally will not be eligible for a refund, except when required by applicable law.

A customer's decision not to use, submit, implement, or otherwise rely on a completed deliverable does not, by itself, make the project eligible for a refund.

Questions or concerns regarding a completed deliverable should first be addressed through KOR's project review or applicable revision process when revisions are available for the Service.

If a customer believes the Services or deliverables materially differ from the agreed project scope, the customer should contact KOR at info@korhrsolutions.com so KOR can review the concern.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.

5. Customer Inactivity, Missing Information & Project Holds

KOR may place a project on hold when required information, documents, approvals, feedback, or other customer input is not provided. Project timelines may be adjusted for the period of delay.

If a customer remains unresponsive for 30 consecutive days after KOR requests information or action needed to continue the project, KOR may treat the project as inactive and close or archive it after reasonable notice. Closing an inactive project does not automatically create a right to a refund. Any refund eligibility will be evaluated based on work already performed, project-specific costs, the approved scope, and applicable law.

If the customer later wishes to resume a closed or archived project, KOR may require a new timeline, updated scope, re-quote, or new project request depending on the circumstances.

6. Refund Processing

Approved full or partial refunds will be issued through the original payment method when reasonably practicable. Processing and posting times may depend on the payment processor, financial institution, or card issuer.

KOR will maintain appropriate records of approved refunds and project cancellations for business, accounting, legal, and recordkeeping purposes.

An approved refund applies only to the amount specifically authorized by KOR and does not automatically entitle the customer to reimbursement for other expenses, losses, or costs.

7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If a customer believes there is an error involving a KOR charge, refund, or payment, the customer is encouraged to contact KOR at info@korhrsolutions.com so KOR has an opportunity to review and address the concern.

If a payment is disputed, reversed, or charged back, KOR may provide the applicable payment processor or financial institution with relevant transaction and project records reasonably necessary to respond to the dispute.

KOR may pause an active project or temporarily withhold further Services or deliverables while a payment dispute involving that project is being reviewed.

Nothing in this policy prevents a customer from exercising payment-dispute rights available under applicable law or through the customer's financial institution or card issuer.

8. Cancellations by KOR HR Solutions

KOR HR Solutions may cancel or discontinue a project when reasonably necessary, including when KOR determines that the requested Services cannot appropriately be completed, required customer information is not provided, payment issues remain unresolved, the requested work falls outside KOR's Services, or continuing the project would violate KOR's policies or applicable law.

If KOR cancels before substantive work has begun, KOR will issue a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled Services without administrative, processing, or third-party-cost deductions.

If KOR cancels after substantive work has begun, KOR will refund the amount attributable to Services not performed, with a written explanation. Any mandatory legal rights or remedies remain available.

KOR will communicate the cancellation and, when applicable, information regarding any approved refund to the customer.

9. HR Consulting — Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows

These service-specific appointment terms apply to prepaid Individual and Organization HR Consulting appointments, take precedence over the general project cancellation provisions for those appointments, and must be disclosed to customers before payment.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Customers who cancel a scheduled HR Consulting appointment at least 24 hours before the confirmed start time may choose either a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled appointment or rescheduling to another available date and time at no additional charge. Requests must be submitted through the KOR Project Workspace or another KOR-approved communication method.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment. These cancellations are nonrefundable except where required by applicable law or where KOR Admin authorizes an exception based on documented circumstances.

Customer no-shows. Customers who do not attend within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior notice are considered no-shows. The appointment is nonrefundable, subject to applicable law and any KOR Admin-approved exception. Customers who join within the grace period may participate, but the appointment ends at the originally scheduled time; lost minutes are not added.

KOR-initiated cancellations or no-shows. If KOR cannot provide the scheduled consultation or the assigned KOR HR Professional does not attend within 10 minutes, the customer may choose a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.

These terms are subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer rights; KOR will not enforce a nonrefund term where prohibited.

10. Service-Specific Terms & Contact Information

Certain Services or projects may include cancellation or refund terms specific to the nature, scope, or requirements of that Service. When project-specific cancellation or refund terms are communicated to and accepted by the customer, those terms will apply together with this policy.

If there is a conflict between this general Refund & Cancellation Policy and specific cancellation or refund terms expressly agreed to for a particular project, the project-specific terms will control to the extent of the conflict, subject to applicable law.

Revision Policy

Effective Date: October 14, 2026

Consolidated review approved: October 17, 2026

1. General Revision Policy & Included Allowances

KOR HR Solutions is committed to providing deliverables that reflect the agreed project scope and service requirements. When revisions are included with a Service, customers may request reasonable changes to an eligible deliverable in accordance with this Revision Policy.

Not all KOR Services include revisions. Revision availability, the number of included revisions, and any service-specific revision requirements depend on the Service purchased, accepted quote, or agreed project scope. When a service description or invoice-related project terms state a specific included revision allowance (for example, two revision rounds for an applicable writing service), that stated allowance governs that project unless KOR and the customer agree otherwise in writing.

Revisions are intended to refine or correct work performed within the original agreed project scope . They are not intended to provide additional Services, new deliverables, or substantially different work without additional pricing.

When a Service includes a specific number of revisions, the customer may request up to that number of eligible revision rounds without an additional revision fee, provided the requests remain within the original agreed project scope.

A revision round may include multiple related changes submitted together for the same deliverable. Customers are encouraged to review the deliverable carefully and consolidate their feedback when reasonably possible.

Unless a service-specific or accepted written project term provides otherwise, eligible services include one round of in-scope revisions requested within seven calendar days after the deliverable is made available in the KOR Project Workspace. The recorded delivery timestamp establishes the review-period start. An agreed written extension may apply.

2. Eligible Revisions

An eligible revision generally involves a reasonable modification to work already completed within the original agreed project scope.

Depending on the Service, eligible revisions may include:

  • Correcting factual, formatting, or content errors in the deliverable.
  • Clarifying or refining language based on information previously provided by the customer.
  • Making reasonable adjustments to content, organization, or presentation within the agreed scope.
  • Addressing reasonable customer feedback concerning the deliverable originally requested.
  • Correcting an omission when information necessary for that correction was provided as part of the original project materials.

A revision does not create a new project or materially expand the scope of the original project.

KOR will correct qualifying errors attributable to its own work without an additional fee. Such corrections do not consume an included revision round, including when an error is identified after the standard review period, subject to applicable law and the agreed project scope.

3. Excluded Revisions & Additional Work

A request may be considered new or additional work rather than an included revision when it materially changes or expands the original agreed project scope.

Examples may include:

  • Adding a new deliverable that was not included in the original project.
  • Adding additional positions, job analyses, classifications, documents, or other items beyond those originally agreed upon.
  • Requesting substantial new content based on information or requirements that were not provided during the original project.
  • Changing the project's purpose, direction, target position, job announcement, or other material requirements after work has been completed.
  • Requesting a substantially different version of a completed deliverable rather than reasonable modifications to the original.
  • Requesting additional revisions after the number of included revisions has been used.

If KOR determines that a request falls outside the included revision scope, KOR will communicate any applicable additional pricing or revised project scope before the additional work is performed.

The customer may then decide whether to proceed with the additional work.

Additional revision rounds beyond those included may be available for an additional fee. KOR will communicate any applicable additional pricing before performing the additional work.

4. Submitting Revision Requests

Customers should submit revision requests through the KOR Project Workspace as the primary channel. If the workspace is unavailable, customers may email info@korhrsolutions.com and identify their project number and requested changes. KOR will document the request in the project record.

Revision requests should identify the changes requested with enough detail for KOR and the assigned professional to understand and address the customer's feedback.

Customers are encouraged to review the entire deliverable before submitting a revision request and, when reasonably possible, combine related changes into a single revision round .

KOR may request clarification when a revision request is unclear or when additional information is reasonably necessary to complete the requested changes.

Requests must be submitted within the applicable service-specific or agreed project deadline. KOR may request clarification and will review eligibility against the original scope and included allowance.

5. Revision Timing, Approval & Project Completion

KOR HR Solutions will make reasonable efforts to process eligible revision requests in a timely manner.

Revision turnaround time may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the requested changes, the Service involved, the availability of required information, and the scope of the revision.

If KOR requires additional information or clarification from the customer before the revision can be completed, the revision timeline may be affected until the requested information is received.

A revision request does not automatically change the original project scope or create a guaranteed completion deadline.

When appropriate, KOR may provide the customer with an estimated timeframe for completion of the revision.

Once an eligible revision has been completed and released to the customer, the customer should review the revised deliverable and determine whether any remaining eligible revisions are needed.

When the customer approves the final deliverable through KOR's project process, the project may be marked Completed and subsequently closed.

Once a project has been approved and completed, additional changes are not automatically treated as included revisions. Any later request may be reviewed by KOR to determine whether additional Services, a new project, or additional pricing is required.

Approval of a deliverable confirms completion of the applicable project process but does not affect KOR's ability to maintain appropriate project, transaction, communication, and business records in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.

If a customer has a concern regarding whether the final deliverable materially reflects the agreed project scope, the customer may contact KOR at info@korhrsolutions.com .

For services with a standard revision allowance, requests are ordinarily due within seven calendar days after the deliverable is made available in the KOR Project Workspace, unless a service-specific term or written extension applies. Before administrative closure for nonresponse, KOR will send a reminder and provide reasonable notice. Closure does not eliminate mandatory legal rights or KOR’s responsibility to correct qualifying errors attributable to its work. Late requests will be reviewed for KOR-attributable errors, legal obligations, agreed extensions, or separately quoted additional work.

6. Resume Services — Scope, Delivery & Revisions

Federal Resume Writing ($349) and Resume Writing (Private Sector) ($199) deliver an editable Word resume and PDF and include one in-scope revision requested within seven calendar days of delivery. Federal Resume Review ($125) and Professional Resume Review ($75) deliver a written assessment only; rewriting requires a separate service purchase. Standard delivery is 5–7 business days for federal writing, 3–5 for private-sector writing, and 2–3 for either review, beginning after payment and receipt of all required information, whichever occurs later. An alternate deadline must be agreed before payment.

A new target job announcement or materially different career direction may require a separate quote. For unresponsive resume projects, KOR will send a reminder and reasonable notice before administrative closure; project closure does not waive applicable customer rights.

KOR Admin reviews deliverables before Project Workspace release. Customers have seven calendar days to approve or acknowledge the deliverable or request the included eligible revision. KOR may close a project after seven calendar days without response while retaining the delivery record. Out-of-scope work requires KOR Admin approval and customer agreement to any additional quote before payment.

Customers must provide accurate work history, accomplishments, education and credentials and review completed resumes before applying. KOR will not fabricate qualifications. ATS & Keyword Optimization uses relevant job-announcement terminology only when supported by actual experience. KOR does not guarantee qualification, referral, interviews, job offers, or federal employment and does not submit applications on behalf of customers.

7. HR Consulting — Written Recommendations

When Consultation with Written Recommendations is purchased, KOR Admin reviews the HR Professional’s written recommendations before release to the customer through the KOR Project Workspace. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days after the consultation , unless a different deadline is agreed before payment. One complimentary revision is included for corrections or clarifications within the original agreed scope, provided the customer requests it within 7 calendar days after delivery . Additional revisions, new consulting questions, expanded research, or out-of-scope analysis require a separate quote. KOR Admin reviews any revised document before release. Consultation Only does not include written recommendations or a written-deliverable revision allowance.

8. SOW & Capability Statement Development

SOW Development

New SOW Development includes a professionally formatted Microsoft Word document. SOW Review & Revision includes a revised Microsoft Word document and a brief summary of major changes and recommendations. KOR Admin reviews and approves each deliverable before release through the KOR Project Workspace. One complimentary revision within the original approved scope may be requested within 7 calendar days after delivery. Additional revisions or new requirements require a separate quote. The customer may approve the document and KOR Admin may then close the project. If the customer does not respond within 7 calendar days, KOR may mark the project complete and close it while retaining proof of delivery, subject to applicable law and any agreed project-specific terms.

Before administrative closure of an unresponsive SOW project, KOR will send a reminder and reasonable notice. Project closure does not waive applicable customer rights.

Capability Statement Development

New Capability Statement Development and Capability Statement Review & Revision include one complimentary revision limited to the original approved scope, requested within 7 calendar days after delivery. KOR Admin reviews revisions before release. Additional revisions or out-of-scope changes require a separate quote. The customer may approve deliverables during the 7-day review period; KOR Admin may close the project after approval or, if there is no response within 7 calendar days, may mark the project complete and close it while retaining proof of delivery. Project closure does not limit rights required by applicable law.

Before administrative closure of an unresponsive Capability Statement project, KOR will send a reminder and reasonable notice. Project closure does not waive applicable customer rights.

9. Service-Specific Exceptions, RFQ/RFP Terms & Contact Information

Certain KOR Services or projects may include revision terms specific to the nature, scope, or requirements of that Service. When project-specific revision terms are communicated to and accepted by the customer, those terms will apply together with this Revision Policy.

If there is a conflict between this general Revision Policy and specific revision terms expressly agreed to for a particular project, the project-specific terms will control to the extent of the conflict , subject to applicable law.

RFQ/RFP services

RFQ/RFP Development, RFQ/RFP Response Development, and Solicitation Review & Compliance Support include two rounds of in-scope revisions for deliverables in the approved project scope. Each round may contain multiple related corrections or adjustments submitted together. Customers must submit requests within seven calendar days after the applicable draft is made available in the KOR Project Workspace, or by an earlier deadline expressly agreed in writing for a time-sensitive solicitation. New solicitations, material amendments, additional deliverables, substantial changes in requirements, or requests beyond the included allowance may require a revised quote and customer approval before additional billable work. KOR corrects qualifying errors attributable to its own work without charge or use of a revision round. KOR Admin reviews revised deliverables before customer release. RFQ/RFP projects below $500 require full payment upfront; projects of $500 or more require a 50% deposit before work starts and the remaining 50% before final deliverables are released.

HR Professional Agreement — Operating Standards

Effective date: October 17, 2026

1. Professional Relationship & Independent Contractor Status

Tax documentation

Applicable W-9 information is required before first payout; KOR issues 1099-NEC when required and safeguards tax records. Worker classification and reporting follow applicable requirements.

Cross-reference: Worker classification follows applicable law. Insurance is not a blanket requirement; assignment-specific requirements are addressed in Section 15.

Professional services are provided under an independent contractor arrangement only to the extent supported by the actual working relationship and applicable law. KOR and each professional must follow applicable classification, wage, tax, and reporting requirements; the contract label alone does not determine legal status.

2. Qualifications, Verification & Onboarding

Qualifications

Verify relevant credentials and experience. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, FAC-COR Levels I–III and FAC-C may be relevant but are not universally mandatory. RFQ/RFP proposal experience is assessed independently; DAWIA is not on the approved credential list.

Background Checks & Identity Verification

Every HR Professional must complete identity verification before becoming eligible for assignments. KOR verifies professional credentials when relevant to assigned services. Background checks are not automatically required for every professional; KOR may require them for assignments involving sensitive information or specific customer requirements. Verification findings and records remain confidential and accessible only to authorized KOR personnel. Any background-check findings are evaluated individually, with applicable authorization, notice, and fair-assessment procedures.

3. Assignment Offers, Acceptance & Availability

Assignment acceptance and withdrawal

Offer scope, deadlines and compensation before acceptance; generally allow 24 hours to accept or decline. No automatic penalty for declining. Work starts after acceptance and Admin authorization. Withdrawals require immediate notice, work status and transition cooperation.

Availability & Assignment Capacity

HR Professionals must maintain accurate availability information in their KOR account and accept only assignments they reasonably expect to complete within agreed deadlines. They must promptly inform KOR Admin when availability changes or workload may jeopardize an assignment. KOR Admin controls assignment distribution and may limit new assignments to protect service quality. KOR does not guarantee any minimum number of assignments or earnings.

Cross-reference: Withdrawal and departure rules appear in Section 14.

A professional who cannot continue an accepted assignment must promptly notify KOR Admin, identify completed and pending work, and provide an organized handoff. Any compensation for usable completed work is determined under the approved assignment and payment terms.

4. Assignment Performance & Professional Standards

Conduct and AI

No fabricated findings, qualifications, classification justifications or procurement requirements. Ethical, accurate and objective work required. AI assistance requires human verification and Admin approval before processing customer information; never upload sensitive materials to unapproved tools.

HR Professional Deliverable Accuracy & Source Verification

  1. HR Professionals must ensure deliverables accurately reflect customer-provided information and applicable authoritative standards.
  2. Federal classification work must follow applicable OPM standards. State classification work must follow the relevant state or agency specifications.
  3. Professionals must not invent duties, qualifications, experience, credentials, citations, or supporting evidence.
  4. Missing, inconsistent, or unsupported customer information must be reported to KOR Admin before final submission.
  5. Deliverables must clearly distinguish verified facts, professional findings, and recommendations.
  6. KOR Admin may request supporting references and documentation during quality review.
  7. Professionals must correct errors attributable to their work in accordance with KOR’s approved quality standards.

Professionals must not plagiarize, fabricate source documents, falsify qualifications, misstate government standards, misuse customer information, harass customers or colleagues, or offer or accept improper gifts connected with assignments. Material errors or unsupported conclusions must be disclosed promptly.

5. Communication, Status Updates & Deadlines

Deadlines and communication

Report potential delays promptly with reasons and revised estimates. Respond to routine messages within 2 business days. KOR Admin controls customer escalations, pricing, scope and deadline changes.

HR Professional Assignment Communication & Status Updates

  1. All assignment-related communication must take place through the KOR Project Workspace unless KOR Admin authorizes another method.
  2. Professionals must provide accurate progress updates when requested by KOR Admin.
  3. Routine project communications should receive a response within 2 business days, consistent with KOR’s previously approved policy.
  4. Professionals must promptly notify KOR Admin of delays, obstacles, or circumstances that could affect deliverable quality or completion dates.
  5. KOR Admin manages customer-facing communications about pricing, deadlines, scope changes, and disputes.
  6. Important project decisions, approvals, and changes must be documented in the KOR Project Workspace.
  7. Communications must remain respectful, accurate, professional, and consistent with KOR’s confidentiality requirements.

Professionals must document assignment milestones, status changes, risks, and any approved changes in the KOR Project Workspace. A professional must not independently promise customers a new scope, price, or deadline; KOR Admin manages customer-facing changes and approvals.

6. Deliverables, Quality Review & Completion

Quality and performance

KOR Admin reviews every assignment before customer delivery. Professionals correct qualifying errors under their agreement. Internal post-assignment evaluations consider quality, timeliness, communication and feedback.

Assignment Completion & Handoff

HR Professionals must submit all completed deliverables through the KOR Project Workspace and notify KOR Admin when assigned work is ready for review. Professionals must provide agreed supporting documentation, findings, and explanations necessary for KOR Admin to evaluate the work. When KOR Admin identifies errors or incomplete work, the professional must address them within a reasonable deadline established by KOR Admin. Professionals must maintain organized and complete project records to support revisions, customer questions, and any reassignment. Only KOR Admin may approve and release final deliverables to customers. Submission by the professional alone does not constitute KOR Admin approval of the assignment; previously approved professional compensation terms remain unchanged.

Cross-reference: Professional evaluations and customer complaints are addressed in Section 13.

KOR Admin reviews every deliverable before customer release. If a deliverable requires correction, the professional must cooperate with documented correction requests and provide sufficient supporting materials for independent review. Submission alone is not approval or authorization for customer release.

7. Compensation, Payment & Payment Disputes

Compensation and disputes

Compensation is payable within 7 business days after KOR Admin approves completed assignments and payment requirements are met. KOR pays professionals by direct deposit through Square. Payment is not automatically dependent on customer payment. Payment disputes are acknowledged within 2 business days and generally answered within 10; undisputed due sums remain payable.

KOR Admin-approved completed assignments are payable within seven business days after approval, subject to completed onboarding, accurate payment information, and applicable lawful conditions. Customer payment is not an automatic prerequisite for professional payment. KOR will keep individual compensation, payout status, banking details, and tax information confidential from customers.

8. Confidentiality, Privacy & Information Security

Confidentiality and delegation

Confidentiality continues after assignment. No portfolio reuse without authorization. No customer document downloads without Admin authorization. No subcontracting, delegation or credential sharing without prior written approval and substitute vetting.

Cross-reference: Subcontracting and delegation restrictions also apply under Section 12.

Customers will see the role label “Assigned KOR HR Professional” or equivalent rather than the professional’s full legal name, private email address, telephone number, compensation, payout status, banking information, or tax records. Authorized KOR Admin personnel may access information needed for legitimate administration.

Professional confidentiality obligations survive assignment completion or departure. Authorized copies of customer records must be returned or securely deleted under KOR instructions; no customer information may be used for personal marketing, portfolios, or unrelated work without express authorization.

9. Records, Work Product & Intellectual Property

Recordkeeping & Document Handling

HR Professionals must maintain project-related records in the KOR Project Workspace. Unauthorized downloading, personal storage, or external sharing of customer documents or project records is prohibited. Authorized local copies must be returned or securely deleted when instructed by KOR Admin. KOR Admin maintains the official project record, including deliverables, approvals, and relevant communications. All handling and retention must comply with KOR's approved confidentiality, security, and document-retention policies.

HR Professional Work Product Ownership & Confidentiality

  1. Deliverables created for KOR assignments are subject to KOR’s approved intellectual property and customer ownership provisions.
  2. Customers receive ownership of custom deliverables upon full payment, subject to the approved exceptions for pre-existing templates, tools, and licensed materials.
  3. Professionals must disclose any pre-existing proprietary materials they intend to incorporate into deliverables and obtain KOR Admin approval.
  4. Professionals may not reuse, publish, distribute, or share customer-specific deliverables without written KOR authorization and any required customer consent.
  5. Professionals may not display KOR assignments or customer deliverables in portfolios, resumes, websites, or marketing materials without appropriate written authorization.
  6. Professionals must respect copyright, licensing, and other intellectual property restrictions when preparing deliverables.
  7. Final deliverables and supporting materials must be maintained in the KOR Project Workspace under approved recordkeeping procedures.

Custom assignment deliverables are subject to the approved customer ownership terms: customers obtain ownership of custom deliverables upon full payment. KOR retains its pre-existing templates, methodologies, and tools and provides the applicable license for embedded components needed to use the paid deliverable. Professionals must identify third-party or pre-existing proprietary materials and obtain Admin approval before including them; no unauthorized third-party intellectual property may be incorporated.

10. Technology, AI & Security Incidents

Security incidents

Immediately report suspected incidents; submit initial report within 24 hours, preserve evidence and cooperate with investigation. KOR manages required customer notices.

Cross-reference: AI-use requirements appear in Section 4; security incident procedures appear here.

AI tools may be used only in accordance with KOR Admin authorization and applicable assignment restrictions. No customer-confidential, identifying, or restricted information may be entered into unapproved AI services. AI-generated content must be independently checked by the professional against customer evidence and authoritative sources; fabricated findings, citations, qualifications, or classification conclusions are prohibited.

Suspected loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, or other security incident must be reported to KOR Admin immediately and in any event within 24 hours of discovery. Preserve relevant evidence and do not make independent customer notifications unless directed by Admin or required by law.

11. Conflicts of Interest & Customer Relationships

Conflicts and non-solicitation

Disclose actual or potential conflicts before acceptance or when discovered. Do not divert KOR-introduced active assignments or substantially similar work for 12 months afterward where enforceable, while excluding independent and pre-existing relationships and protected activities.

12. Subcontracting & Assignment Reassignment

Assignment Reassignment & Continuity

KOR Admin may reassign a project if an HR Professional becomes unavailable, misses deadlines, withdraws, or cannot meet quality requirements. KOR Admin coordinates transitions, preserves completed work and relevant project records, and manages any necessary customer communications and revised timelines. Customer information remains accessible only to authorized personnel and the newly assigned professional as needed. Compensation for usable completed work is evaluated under the Professional Agreement and approved compensation policies. Reassigned deliverables remain subject to KOR Admin quality review before customer release.

Cross-reference: Delegation and credential-sharing restrictions are preserved in Section 8; reassignment procedures appear below.

Subcontracting, delegation, or substitution is prohibited without KOR Admin’s prior written approval. Any approved substitute must meet relevant qualifications, complete required onboarding and confidentiality controls, and use individually authorized access. Credential sharing is never permitted.

13. Performance Reviews & Customer Complaints

Customer Feedback & Dispute Resolution

Customers may submit concerns about professional work through the KOR Project Workspace or official KOR email. KOR Admin independently reviews complaints, deliverables, project records, and relevant communications. HR Professionals receive a reasonable opportunity to respond to documented performance concerns. KOR Admin determines whether corrections, revisions, reassignment, or other appropriate action is necessary. Professionals must not independently contact customers to challenge complaints or negotiate resolutions. Customer feedback and internal professional performance assessments remain confidential and are not publicly displayed. KOR Admin documents the review and resolution in the official project record.

Cross-reference: Performance evaluation terms are included in Section 6; customer complaint procedures are set out here.

KOR may evaluate each completed assignment internally for quality, timeliness, communication, compliance, and customer feedback. The professional must have a reasonable opportunity to respond to material adverse findings before final administrative disposition, subject to urgent security restrictions.

KOR Admin documents complaints and evaluates relevant work, records, and professional responses. Professionals must not independently negotiate refunds, compensation, or scope with customers; KOR Admin determines appropriate corrective action.

14. Withdrawal, Resignation & Termination

Suspension and departure

Immediate suspension permitted to protect customers and security. Resignation should have 14 calendar days’ written notice where reasonably possible. After 90 days inactive, KOR may request confirmation and change status to Inactive after 14 days without response.

Cross-reference: Withdrawal obligations are included in Section 3; resignation and suspension terms are set out here.

Where reasonably possible, KOR provides notice and a documented basis for suspension or termination, except when immediate action is necessary to protect security, customers, or legal compliance. On departure, the professional must return or delete authorized records, assist with handoff, and preserve confidentiality. Pay for usable authorized work and any disputes remain subject to the approved compensation terms and applicable law.

15. Agreement Acknowledgment, Updates & Administration

Training and insurance

Complete onboarding and policy acknowledgments before assignments, and re-acknowledge material updates. Insurance is not universally mandatory but may be required for specified higher-risk assignments.

Cross-reference: Acknowledgment, insurance and administrative training terms are preserved here.

Required onboarding includes agreement acknowledgment, identity verification, applicable payment and tax details, and assignment-specific training before work begins. KOR maintains an electronic record of acknowledgments and may require renewed acknowledgment for material policy changes. Insurance is not a blanket requirement but may be specified for particular assignments.

Professional Applications

Review submitted applications and select qualified applicants to proceed with onboarding. Application approval does not grant assignment eligibility; all onboarding requirements and final KOR Admin activation must be completed.

New verified-applicant submissions will load when this tab opens.

Open this tab to load professional applications.

Professional Onboarding Verification

Each person has one card. Review each item, then give final approval. People who need your action are listed first and outlined in orange.

Before approving: open each ID and W-9 and check it yourself. Confirm direct deposit in Square Payroll. Never type ID numbers, tax IDs or bank details into this screen.
Select this tab to load professional verification status.

Invoice Management

Manage customer invoices from KOR Admin. Square draft creation, review, editing, and sending are available from each project; sending requires explicit confirmation. Payments are confirmed automatically from Square and can be re-checked from each project.

A planning preview is not a Square invoice. Use a project’s Square invoice review to confirm the actual invoice. No payment is verified by a draft, and professional assignment remains gated.

Square emailed invoices (optional)

Only if a customer asks for an invoice emailed by Square. If you send one, void the KOR invoice for that project so the customer isn’t billed twice (the KOR site blocks card payment once a Square invoice exists).

Square payment confirmation is recorded automatically when Square reports a completed payment.
